Companies involved in Offering for Transport, Handling or Transporting dangerous goods are required to comply with the federal Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act. These programs follow the new Clear Language regulation which was updated in 2003.  Teamworks customizes the program to some extent for each customer and provides certificates for the employer to issue to their employees. Written testing is done at the end of each program.
